Ron Paul could object to Obama's request - Jonathan Allen and Jake Sherman - POLITICO.com

Evidently Obama has surprised everyone with a request to address a joint session of Congress the same night as the GOP debates in California.

Can you believe how CRASS that is on the President's part? He knows full well Ron Paul and Michele Bachman are going to be at the debate that evening.

Wish I could say I was surprised. The proposed behavior and it's utter lack of ethical constraint seems consistent with Obama's utter disregard for any constraints that may impede his political ambitions and lust for power.

Good for Ron Paul for opposing Obama on this.

Excuse for what? Did I miss something? Obama set the date, it was not agreed to, Obama didn't budge, then after media coverage it was rescheduled. No excuse needed. Just facts.

Meaning what reason are you republicans and teabaggers going to use next against Obama as making him seem like he's playing dirty like you guys?

Lemme get this straight. In your mind, anyone who would object to one action = teabagger or republican? Hmmm... Or someone who supports a certain candidate falls into that group as well? I don't buy into collectivism, sorry. Labels are for those who have not matured their minds past that of a sophomore in high school.
