Rick Perry support anti-sodomy laws, although they have been declared unconstitutional by SCOTUS. Eventhough the Texas law was ruled unconstitutional it is still on the books in Texas and Perry supports it and believes the Supreme Court got it wrong.

Why does he care what consenting adults do in their own bedroom?

Where did you get this information? And who cares, I don't think most of us are going to run around telling people what we do or do not do in our own homes.

The dems want to regulate what I do in my car. What's the big difference. They all want to make a name for themselves through legislation. And every time they do they are taking away a freedom that someone enjoys.

Based off comments during and after the whole Lawrence vs Texas Supreme Court case, went off on a Santorumesque ***** fest, but instead of making the comparison between gays and dogs he chose to make the comparison between gays and incest instead.

Wasn't Perry a democrat not long ago? This guy must have stuck his phony finkle finger of fate in the air to see where the wind was blowing. Now this fake is blowing smoke up everyone's can.

I thought those anti-sodomy laws were a relic of the past. Incidentally, more is implied here by the word "sodomy" than anal intercourse between two gay men. "Sodomy" originally referred to any kind of sexual activity outside of missionary-style sex between a husband and wife in the bedroom (with the man on top). I don't understand how an anti-sodomy ordinance could ever be enforced if people are doing it behind locked doors. Behind locked doors is one thing, but atop a float in the Gay Pride Parade is quite another ...
