The only reason Bush won is because he was on top so the ballet looked like this
___ Bush
___ Gore
and uneducated (people who don't follow politics) voters are more likey to pick the person on top. so most states have some Ballets with the Democrat then Republican and vice versa

It would appear those people have a bigger problem besides them not following politics. Sounds to me like they're illiterate if they can't determine which line says Bush and which line says Gore.

Actually, no. Most ballots are arranged alphabetically with the party noted to the right of the name and most states require the given name, no nicknames, or titles like Dr. and don't indicate the incumbent (if any).

I've heard the "top of the ballot" argument for years and I think it just proves the elitism that permeates of the mind-sets of some folks who will grasp at any straw to explain what was a "sure thing". This goes for local elections also.

What Gore did was create and champion the legislatioon that opened up something called ARPANET to use by civilians for purposes that had nothing to do with national security. Up until that time ARPANET was the exclusive preserve of the military, scientists and government contractors. The Gore bill changed everything. The only other thing comparable is when the Congress allowed civilains to use the Global Positioning System (GPS) another military technology.

Oh, don't forget there is the satellite evidence on film showing lines of trucks loaded with "something" leaving Iraq crossing the border to Syria...wonder what was on those trucks? Hmmmm!

But then if you are not in support of the deposing of Saddam, you must approve of his rape rooms, throwing people with hands tied behind their backs off of 3-story buildings, mass executions for no reason other than Saddam "took offense," and of course, the murder of thousands of Kurds, etc., etc. Stopping such horror consistently practiced by less-than-human crud in a country that supported wiping out America upsets you???? Wow!
Your "facts' about yellowcake are non-existent... again recall. it was the husband of the outed CIA agent... you remember the one Cheney outed because her husband didn't find validity in the administrations claims about yellowcake and the WMD's.

There was NO WMD's and no interest in him to make them ...it was a LIE from the Bush admin to get what they wanted.

Had Gore won, we would not have been on a 10.5 Trillion spending spree. We would not have been in the war, and perhaps he would have heeded the warnings flooding in about 9/11 to have prevented it.

Saddam was a scumbag, but that true of most of the dictators we have put in power and supported... we tend to side with scumbags...

Now we all know what happens when elections are stolen.
Like when JFK stole it from Nixon (using the Daley machine in, wait for it,.... Chicago, where, wait for it.... B. Insane Obama also hails.

As a matter of public record, the only improper disenfranchisments in Florida where of active duty military overseas.
