Now we all know what happens when elections are stolen.

Who gets to vote and who doesn't is determined at the local level. Similarly the local Election Board (or similar town or city agency) maintains the voter rolls. So neither Jeb Bush nor Katherine Harris had a hand in any putative voter disenfanchisement. If if happened (again, where's the proof?) it was done by local officials.
The irony of your unfounded allegation is that where there are large concentrations of Blacks the machinery of elections is likely in the hands of Democrats. So if there was disenfranchisement of Blacks it likely was done at the hands of local Democrat officials. Case in point: the infamous "butterfly ballot" that caused some seniors in Palm Beach County to vote erroneously for Pat Buchanan was designed by a Democrat.
