I didn't vote for Obama and I didn't agree with some of the things GW did that Obama has not only continued, but also increased the scope of.

Fair enough. It’s bad enough that what passes for the left has been kneecapped by the Obama Administration. The ambiguous campaign promise “Change you can believe in” has turned out to be a Nixon-goes-to-China series of moves to the right that would have been well nigh impossible for a Republican to execute without incurring significant costs. Remarkably, Obama has increased both the number and scope of wars, used deficit scaremongering to cut Medicare and Social Security, and passed a health care “reform” bill that made overly expensive American health care even more uneconomical by enriching Big Pharma and health care insurers. And this is only a starter list in his campaign against average Americans.

Wonder why you liberals are so adamant about criticizing Perry? Scared that Obozo might get his hat handed to him? For you Obamanots,....it makes not a tinkersdamn who runs against Obama,.....most will vote against Obama, not necessarily for his opponent.
No. The collection of Republican candidates that have come out of the woodwork is half appalling and half disappointing. I will vote against them, by necessity for Obama who is the only available Democrat.

Can you actually show that Perry has continued campaigning?

I believe he left his engagements in South Carolina to return to Texas to address fire issues. And he was not campaigning during the fires earlier this year.

Scared? No, more like worry and concern that we'll end up with another posturing pseudo-cowpoke like Bush.

Again not a liberal. I'm scared "schitless" because it seems there a lot of stupid folks in this country who sucking up everything people like Perry say.

In a weird and twisted way it's amusing to watch those folks on the ignorant right (I have to differentiate because there are quite a few intelligent conservatives still around) get brainwashed and become unable to think for themselves.

scared... not hardly... he will be a sure win for Obama... especially when they bring out his gay lovers... Or his failures as governor, This one is the least likely to cause concern... well 3 behind Bachman and Palin.

I think the strongest repugs are ron Paul and Rominy

Precisley the reason that the right loves him. They long for the good old days. From everything that I have read about Perry's policies, it is understandbale that the only reason he was elected as Governor, was due to the low voter turnout in Texas. His stances on the issues and policies are horrid. I'll bet many in Texas would vote for him in a Presidential election just to get him out of Texas.

.....what you liberals don't understand is the FACT that it really makes no difference WHO runs against Obozo,.....they WILL get the conservative vote. Makes no difference whether it is Romney, Perry, Paul, Bachman, or an 'ol yeller dog,....Obozo won't get the conservative vote.

If America reelects Obozo,..... the anti-American, apologist, leaderless, empty-suit, ....then America gets EXACTLY what it deserves. This administration can't run on its record, so ATTACK THE OPPOSITION is all it has. If Obozo is not scared, then why has he already sent his goons to Texas to film stories about Texans who don't like Perry so they can be used in the campaign?

There's a lot of chatter about the Texas debt,...but no one seems concerned about the HUGE trillions in debt that Obozo has allowed. I see no one talking about the lies that Obozo has told, the lack of transparency, the new wars America has entered, or the fact that Americans are still solidly against his sole piece of signature legislation in obamacare.

The only way Obama will win in 2012 is BUY the election with George Soros' money,...just the way he did last election.
