This is the USA where there is no place for free markets and liberty. Here is the USA we like the government telling us what to do, and how to do it, we can't make our own choices.

I can't believe a candidate would be so delusional to think that America was a place where freedom exists.

so u think building a wall to stop illegal immigration would endanger your freedom, wow.

It would endanger trade. "Free" trade. You think it wouldn't?

Also, what is a wall going to do? They just jump over or crawl under the walls that do exist in the border states.
Boots on the ground would be a better idea.

Of course, the best idea would be to do away with tuition for illegals, schooling for illegals, health care for illegals, and welfare for illegals. Then they would have no incentive to come here.

Fences are useless and expensive, get rid of the reason they come and they will not come, common sense anyone?

So you think building a fence would stop illegal
immigration....when Perry stated in debate they
just go over the fence (and I'll add - under the fence)
What endangers your freedom(s) and mine, is giving someone else

Perhaps an interesting philosophical point, but won't help him in any debate.

The problem is when he starts to talk about the fence trying to keep us in, rather than illegals out... the implication is that he thinks someone might be trying to wall us in. And if he was asked that question, what might he say? Bilderbergs or illuminati or something? Some kind of globalist conspiracy? Then 90% of the voters roll their eyes and he loses them.

So he should be careful how close he gets to some of those conspiratorial views. Say the fence would be a stupid waste of money and wouldn't work. Leave it at that.
