Remember that when the ""Annual False War on Christmas"" thread starts
I am afraid of living in a theocracy....I am afraid of christian religious freaks...they are very intolerant of anyone who isn't bowing their heads and praying THEIR WAY.
I'm afraid of a president who would put his faith in prayer, which is stupid, and not use actions which get things done for ALL Americans.
I am afraid of religious freaks like Bachmann having any public position at all...anyone who thinks women are "less than" men shouldn't have any power whatsoever. Her sick beliefs are sure to taint her views on women and legislation.
If perry wins I hope this becomes how all of America lives. I want real suffering. We have millions of absolutely stupid people in this country. We deserve this that we are going through now. I don't feel sorry for many of the wage slaves around me. Why? They didn't vote and some never have. Some just complain while all the time they have been part of the problem allowing perry types to rule. I hope all of America continues to suffer like the firefighters of Texas because no one in the world deserves it more.
We already have 'real suffering' in America. That is what Obama has brought upon us.

Yes, I 'm afraid of any and all religious freaks....how many times do I have to say it....aren't YOU afraid of these religious freaks???
Anyone who thinks their religion is the only true religion and thinks everyone should agree is one sick freakin' puppy!
If those ole meany Christians scare you that bad with all of their talk of love and mission work and helping those in need, I was just wondering what radical Muslims did for you with their talk of killing you for not being one? They must have you hiding in your closet...lol.
I don't care for extremists of any sort actually and even though I am a believer I don't judge people based on their religious beliefs one way or another.

"After four dandy "whereas" clauses, Perry formally proclaimed the weekend of April 22-24 as "Days of Prayer for Rain."
But, no go. The three days passed, and not a drop. Maybe God was out that weekend. Or perhaps He just doesn't cotton to big-haired political pretenders trying to ride His coattails for personal gain.
Then, lo and behold, Barack Obama arrived. Three weeks after Perry's failed prayerfest, Obama swept into Austin for an overnight stop-over. And guess what? The next morning, we got a sweet, soaking, three-inch rainfall!"

Actually, there is a growing group of extremist Christians who would gladly kill gays, or anyone else they deem as a heretic or sinner.
I have friends who attend church, and friends who are Christian. They are some kick azz people; great individuals that do not push their beliefs on anyone or point their finger or pass judgement.
I'm more concerned about extremist, radical Christians because there are many more of them than there are radical Muslims. I live with these nuts on a daily basis and they are dangerous.
