Most of us would take any of the GOP people over Obama.

open borders, amnesty, stalinist with the injections.
He did not say mandatory was right, he stressed the opt out and he said he was concerned about the health. Was it a good move to even try to mandate the program? Absolutely no, he is dead wrong, but the option was there for parents.

His defending his state tuition: even my husband who thought he would have a problem with Perry's view, decided he made good sense. The thing he mentioned and this is the secret: the recepients have to be in the process of applying for legal citizenship.

You don't like him, we get it, but the constant blasting is going to backfire.

Why would anyone want to attack someone for being a Mormon? That would be stupid. Being a Muslim to many is very different than being a Mormon. I am not saying Obama is a Muslim, I really don't know, but I can tell you there is a huge difference.

PPP: Obama leads Perry by 11 - POLITICO.com

Quote:
When PPP did a national poll three weeks ago Barack Obama led Perry by only 6 points at 49-43. Now that gap has widened to 11 points at 52-41. The main movement has come with Democratic voters. On the previous poll Obama had only a 68 point lead with the party base at 81-13 but now it's 80 points at 89-9. We know there are a lot of Democratic voters disenchanted with Obama right now but if the GOP puts forward someone like Perry who's willing to go after one of the Holy Grails of the party's orthodoxy like Social Security it might scare those voters back into the fold.

In addition to his horse race numbers taking a wrong turn Perry's favorability numbers are worse than they were 3 weeks ago as well. Only 30% of voters have a positive opinion of him to 50% with a negative one.

Seriously -- let them think that the majority of the country thinks Bush 2.0 is just what the country needs right now. Let them think that right up until Nov. 2012.
