It seems to me once all the unqualified GOP candidates with zero executive experience get out of the race, their supporters will go somewhere. Do you really think they'll run to Obama?

These national polls don't matter. The state-by-state polls are what counts, and those don't look too good for Obama.

I'd say FL, VA, NC and IN are already lost to him. He has a huge uphill battle in MI, PA, WI, and MN.

I don't see a plausible electoral scenario in which Oblama wins in 2012, regardless of who the GOP nominee is. The map just doesn't favor him.
Oh really. State by state polls look quite good for Obama. I don't know what state by state polls you have been looking at, but Obama is pretty much tied in NC and VA. Of course knowing your posting history you will likely ignore the vast amount of data here and say something about Obama's defeat being insured.

Virginia will continue trending blue, as its Northern population becomes an ever larger percentage of the state, and for that reason , it is one of the few states of any size which is trending away from the GOP for demographic reasons alone.

Perry, Romney, Bachmann and Cain, will all be pulling votes from one another.

I see it as Paul winning. His base is deep! You're not changing their minds.

Paul - 40%
Perry - 25%
Romney - 15%
Bachmann - 10%
Cain - 5%
Santorum and Huntsman - 5%

Actually this poll shows romney as the only candidate that can beat Obama right now:

Its amazing that Obama has set the bar SOOO low, yet nobody is a clear threat to him. How low are our standards for the highest office in the world becoming when Obama or Perry/Romney are our best options? Sad, truly sad.

Remember your words. With the GOP line up, there is a better than good chance of a second term. You have a newt, a bag of nuts, a murderer, two Mormons and a Catholic ignored.

You're doing a good job, brownie.

We had eight years of a dumbya. That's how low we can go.

What is your definition of a Republican? What do you think a Republican is supposed to stand for?
