I think it's racist to assume that all blacks vote for a candidate because that candidate is black, or that blacks all vote the same way, or that blacks assume that a black candidate has the most agreeable policies and should be supported without digging further.
It's racist and short-sighted to think that all blacks use race as the sole criteria in determining who to vote for.
It's also racist and misguided to assume that blacks are not intelligent voters.
Hermain Cain will be supported by a few blacks, but likely will not be supported by most. After all, he's a member of party that has a history of bigotry and racial insensitivity. His party got us in this mess and keeps us there with their regressive obstructionist tactics. His party is the party of George Bush. His party is clueless on how to solve the problems that plague this country, especially civil rights. Being exceptional at judging character, depth, intelligence, and common sense, blacks won't likely vote for this turbo-charged version of the hapless Clarence Thomas, simply because as a Republican, he's not good enough.
Cain certainly a major downgrade from the extraordinary President that we currently have.
Thank you, thank you, thank you for pointing out the bleeding obvious. African Americans don't vote for candidates based upon their skin color, but rather on the policies they promote. In short Herman Cain has as much chance as garnering a significant number of votes from African Americans as Larry Brewer... and he's dead.
I think most African Americans voted for Obama because they wanted what they considered a black man in the office. Even though he is only half black.
So you think because I disagree with one Black man I must agree with another Black man.
Silly huh? But no more silly than the meme that all those who oppose or otherwise don't support Barack Hussein Obama are motivated by "racism". And yet that is what Obama supporters and the mainstream media have said for the last two years.
The Cain win seriously fraks up that narrative. Now they'll have to come up with some other term to demonize those who dare oppose the Great Zero.
"He really does not have any political experience."
With sooo many politicians on both sides with "experience" where has it gotten us.
