Especially because he uses a belt to hold up his pants instead of with one hand.

Lots, obviously. Race is still a very important factor in how we identify ourselves and relate to others in the U.S.

My complaint? I think you're confused. This is not MY complaint. These are the complaints of the Congressional Black Caucus. Did you read the OP?

What's bothersome is that those votes are cast because of skin color, and skin color alone, as shown here by the CBC. They certainly wouldn't have cared about the legacy of a white president, that's for sure.

If you "don't really care much about overall Black voting habits", then why did start this thread....about the voting habits of Black Americans?

I know, I know...you wanted lots of responses to one of your threads so you start another "Black" topic

Huh? I don't care about overall black voting habits. What I care about is that a constituency is dense enough to vote solely on race, as demonstrated by the CBC.

Is that how you want your elected officials elected...based on race?

If someone wants to vote for a candidate based on race, that's his choice. You can't control how other people vote.

Why didn't you start this same thread about Hispanics because they voted for Obama and most likely will vote for Obama in 2012? Same with Asians, since they vote predominantly Democratic as well?

The Black population in America is too small to decide an election so why do you care so much about what Black people are thinking/saying/doing?

You're absolutely right. But I can hold the opinion that those who do so are among the intellectually challenged and ridiculously beholden to an ideology that prohibits free thought and personal conviction.

It's really not hard to understand. Most intellectual people make informed decisions, which don't account for skin color. I have a problem with a constituency that is merely Loyal To The Race and whose political breadth is limited to the color brown. I find it to be particularly shameful...as would most of us who embrace free thought.
