I'm not going to argue the legitimacy of the Fed, I would agree that they have too much power and too little transparency or oversight. However, to say that there is no such thing as economic cycles is ludicrous, as economic cycles have existed in regional economies through out history, long before central banks, Rothchilds, Templars, and even currency have existed.
Nope... It's all about who controls the money supply... business cycles are artificial...
Heck yeah, he/they may try something like this. It would work in a communist country, so why wouldn't they, in desperation do something drastic like this?
In our White House now reside radical Subversives that got into power after patiently waiting for many decades. They salivated for it for so very many years, and the reality that they are, if we have a fair, just and honest election, LOSING power bigtime is of course unthinkable to them. So...
expect the unthinkable in our nation because we are in, literally, "uncharted waters."
Every once in a while, I can find a spark of value in Alex Jones. Especially when he addresses the abuses of The Federal Reserve Banking System or our movement towards a police state. I even share his concern about the activities of secretive organizations of uber-wealthy elitists.
Unfortunately, his conspiratorial mind seems to feed on the even more fanciful imaginings of some of his guests. Jerome Corsi makes Jones look rational.
So, how do I get my North American Union driver's license?
I agree. I do listen to the guy on occasion. He does his homework and he does do a lot of fact gathering. Unfortunately he tends to cherry pick bits and pieces to support his theories and ignores any that counter. He tends to reach. I would never urge anyone to not listen to the guy because he does dig around, but they should always look for the other side of the story before taking his conclusions as gospel.
All nations throughout history have moved slowly toward a police state till they eventually collapse under the weight of bureaucracy, or they over extend their military and get pounded by Visigoths, or a combination of the two. It kind of happens naturally and I'm not terribly impressed by anyone who predicts it as it's more or less a self fulfilling prophesy.

I don't know if this line of reasoning reflects a poor education, or a mental disorder. So answer my question, David Icke-lite, who was causing economic fluctuations in the Ancient world?

All truth passes through three stages. First, it is ridiculed. Second, it is violently opposed. Third, it is accepted as being self-evident.
