Aren't many republicans supposed to be Christians? Do you Christian republicans really think that Jesus wants america to be fighting so many wars and killing so many people in the name of imperialism? When you come before Christ and the judgment what will your excuse be? Christ said love your enemies and bless those who abuse you ... He said to turn the other cheek and go the extra mile ... ! You will be judged ... ! And all the blood money in the world will not protect you from the justice of God.

Did you post this in the wrong thread? I have great respect for Martin Luther King, and I could tell you he would be appalled at much of what goes on today in the Democratic party in his name.

Good, the man's a quack, I'd rather not see a hardline religious conservative take the office only to screw things up even worse than they are now. I'll take flip flopping Romney over him anyday of the week.

What in Gods green Earth would make you think most Republicans are supposed to be Christians ? Are you saying most Democrats are Agnotic, Atheists, Buddist, Muslim, Hindos or whatever? I have never thougt there should be a connection between Religious beliefs and politcal party beliefs??

It doesn't matter what you think should be ... It matters what is ... If most republicans are not necessarily Christians, most Christians are definitely republican.
