you are right. I will have to say, I am afraid he will never get the financual support he needs to go all the way, but who knows? The next few months will be interesting. Now, I think I will go turn on "the Five" I want to see what they have to say about all that is happening.

It would be appropriate to post a clip of "Movin' on up" the theme to the Jefferson's show but somebody would probably misinterpret it as being racist.
I hope Cain gets the nomination. I think it would be a ince change to have a businessman and actual rocket scientist* in the White House instead of a typical politician.

* Cain did balistics calculations for missiles for the Navy, among other things.
This just in Obama wins multiple southern states! That is the headline if Cain is even on the ticket.

Actually, I was being sarcastic. Liberals dislike black conservatives because they're conservative.

Carter was a nuclear engineer. Different skill set.

From what I can tell, Cain is benefitng from those that have jumped off Perry's bandwagon. If you look at the recent polling, you can add almost exactly the percentage Perry has come down to Cain's percentage and get the results.

But he needs to have views that the moderate middle agree with in order to win a general election, remember?

oh I know; I have never quite been able to understand this. My biggest problem with Cain, no political experience. The last time this happened was 60 years ago and that guy was a general.

I know good southern conservatives. The only thing that could be worse then a black man in the whitehouse is an even blacker one in there with a "R" beside his name.
