You mean those same Indies that helped usher in the Red Wave of 2010?

Or maybe the same Indies that gave the GOP historic wins in VA and MS on Tuesday?

Let's see.....obama won 52% of the vote in OH. 52%..and that's with pulling every dem, lib, black, hispanic, young voter out from every rock they could find. You think he'll be able to generate that much enthusiasm again...if UE is 9%, gas is $4/gal, the debt/deficit is again at record levels, the poor getting poorer, Food Stamps at all time highs - this is just a part of his record now.

The GOP will pummel him with his own failures.

Good luck with that. There are true believers who simply have don't care how bad a job Obama is doing. As long as he has a D next to his name, all is right with the world.

Obama was all over Virginia campaigning and he got his ass handed to him this week.

Polls are showing independents fairly split. Now lets do the math. Indys are the #1 group, Dems #2, GOP 3. Last time I took math, 3 needs more support from 1 than 2 does. Matthew perhaps lacks a solid knowledge of mathematics Much like Perry, who cannot count to 3). GOP seldom win the big one w/o plus 5 or more in independent vote, and 21% of those who sat home in last years minature race show in 2012. The big increase is usually urban, not a TP hotbed.

With MR a lock by now, GOP loos good. No other way.

Not good enough for Obama. He needs the white independents who got him elected in 2008, but are now are leaving him in droves.
