Does anyone remember the losers the democrats put up there last time? Edwards, the media never said a peep about his out of wedlock child and his cheating. Dodd, getting kickbacks from Countrywide as homeowners are losing their homes. Kucinich, a real kook. Don't choke on any olive pits. Biden, the stupidest candidate to run for president of all time.

Yup.

I was watching Chris "I've-got-a-tingle-up-my-leg" Matthews this morning. He was ranting at Marco Rubio and demanding that Rubio admit how horrible the GOP field of candidates was.

I am sure Chris never made a similar rant about the freakshow that made up the Democrat field in 2008. Funny part is, one of the biggest freaks in the circus won the primary and then the general.

Mathews and his ilk are so far in the tank for Obama and the Democrats it is laughable. The Fourth Estate truly is dead and thank God for the internet and talk radio.

In every presidential election cycle, you have some clowns in the field (and some folks of really bad character). The 2008 Democratic primary elections were no different. However, you also have some really strong candidates too -- we had Hillary, who is arguably one of the best qualified and most respected candidates either party has put up in a long time. She didn't win, but she was in there .. and sorry, Obama is not that bad. He lacked experience, but he had the right tempermant, intellectual prowess and platform (too bad he didn't carry it out).

In the GOP field though, wow... it seems clowns are all you've got this year. The two decent people you have -- Huntsman and Paul -- are maligned by the party mainstream in favor of jokes like Cain and Bachmann and a re-tread like Newt. Sure, there's Romney, the empty suit we all know the party power brokers picked a year ago and will win the nomination, but for whatever reason the clowns in the Republican party are demanding they get a person who looks just like them. After they got a taste of Bush, they just can't go back to a non idiotic choice. This just might be a Perry upset after all -- god willing. Obama will smash Perry in the general.

The fact that you 1) voted for Obama and 2) think Obama is "not that bad" pretty much shows you don't have the necessary judgment to comment on the GOP's field of presidential candidates. Just sayin'.

The fact that you 1) think that voting for Obama disqualifies me from knowing a good candidate when I see one and 2) think that Obama is horrible pretty much shows that you and I will never agree on a candidate. Go ahead and put up Cain or Bachmann or Perry or whatever other joke you're deciding to tell the American electorate and let's decide it at the polls.

The only maggot of the bunch was Edwards. The rest were far better than any Repub candidate in recent memory. Edwards would fit right in with current jokes, all far dumber than Biden.

You fail. Thanks for playing.

How is the economy under the obama administration?
How many countries are our troops invading, which has nothing to do with protecting our borders, under the obama administration?

Your candidates policies, along with the rest of the status quo Republicans, are not a joke, they are a nightmare. Thanks for prolonging the suffering.

Keep voting for the same manipulative, ineffective policies of the status quo and you'll get more of the same.
Ron Paul is the only top tier candidate who has proven successful policies.

Hows the economy? Troops out of the Middle East protecting our borders instead of other countries borders?
You fail. Thanks for playing.
