It's funny to see how everyone is appalled at his comment and they don't see the irony of our entanglement in the Middle East based almost entirely on our dependency of their oil.

At least we put Support the Troops stickers on the Chevy Suburbs.

That is a sad reality too! There are surgeons that pay more than most people make a year for liability insurance. Which pushes up the costs. So the uninsured has a hell of a time paying for Dr. bills. Which he has helped cause.
