The latest MSNBC-Marist poll has lots of good news for Romney in Fla- he's leading Gingrich with ALL groups, including Latinos.

But, the poll also has worrisome numbers, for Romney and the GOP. In the last month, President Obama has increased his lead over Romney in Fla among general voters by one point, to 49-41%.

The Fla GOP may heart Romney, but the rest of the state has had a good look at him too... and said "Bleccch!"

Additionally, even after all of Romney's work courting Fla Latinos, Obama now leads Romney 54-38% among that relatively conservative Hispanic group. Look for Obama to trounce Romney with the much more liberal (and numerous) Mexican-Americans nation-wide.

Trend: Romney will will win the GOP primary in Fla, and ultimately, the party's nomination. Then, he'll lose Florida (and thus the presidency) to Obama in the Nov election.

What poll? Right now Obama is leading Romney and has been for a while.

Another poll I saw this morning and a key one, was that independents are in double digit numbers in support of Obama over Romney.

Nope. See the OP.

And that is with Obama simply waiting for the republican idiot to get the establishment's sign off for nomination.

This is one poll and is an outlier. In the past week, one poll was released in FL where Romney had a 5-point lead and another was released where Romney had a 4-point lead.

This is even with all the stuff about Bain having come out, with Newt's other attacks on Romney, and with more people learning more about Romney.

Furthermore, a poll conducted in 12 swing states (including Florida) was released in the past few days and had Romney leading Obama by 1 point.

Outlier? Sure.

And such is the state of an ant hill, while the other side is simply waiting for the GOP establishment's sign off.

Click the link again. Can you not read?

Obama is ahead in ONE of the four polls (the one this thread was made about) listed.

Romney is ahead in two and there is a tie in one.

In the average, Romney is 0.3 points ahead.
