At Gun Range, Santorum Aims At Target And Is Urged To "Pretend It's Obama" | TPM Livewire

As Rick Santorum was taking aim at a bullseye with a pistol at a Louisiana gun club, a female supporter in the crowd shouted out "Pretend it's Obama!", to the merriment of those nearby.

It's likely Santorum did not hear the woman. Although I think it's funny that every reporter I heard said Santorum COULDN'T have possibly heard the shout-out, because he was wearing ear protectors- they are obviously not shooters.

Whether he heard her or not, Santorum didn't flinch- he went ahead and blew off a clip at the target. To Rick's credit, when asked about it later, he quickly and thoroughly denounced the woman as an idiot.

Nice fans your GOP candidates have there! Where was Santorums Secret Service detail while this was going on? Must been off having coffee. You'd think they'd have had a few words with the loudmouth.

You are just as ridiculous as the person saying to pretend its Obama. Both are shameful.

It's how we raise them. I attended a child's birthday party once. Grandma (mother in law) did not get along very well with the kid's mother. During the busting of the pinata, grandma was encouraging the child by saying, "Pretend it's your momma, Mija."

Freedom of Speech, as long as you don't kill Obama its fine, but watch out he did sign the NDAA and he can get the military to indefinitely detain you without lawyer or trial for eternity.

I had a Mexican GF growing up in SoCal, and we would attend parties in her "neighborhood". I learned the hard way to head for my car as soon as I saw the band hastily packing up, or the girls started taking off their high-heels. Whichever came first.

Sounds like you had some lively parties too
