Blue collar Democratic voters, stuck taking depressing “staycations” because they can’t afford gas and hotels, are resentful of the first family’s 17 lavish vacations around the world and don’t want their tax dollars paying for the Obamas’ holidays, according to a new analysis of swing voters.

“They view everything through their own personal situation and if they can’t afford to do it, they can’t enjoy it, they don’t like Obama using their tax dollars to benefit himself,” said pollster John McLaughlin. “In this case, they see him as out of touch. While they are struggling he’s not sharing in that struggle and he’s basically doing what they can’t do on their tax dollars,” added the GOP pollster.

He and several other top-tier Republican pollsters, organized by Resurgent Republic, traveled to 11 battleground states to host focus groups of independent and swing voters, mostly Democrats, who voted for President Obama in 2008 but who are now on the fence.

Yet, the clueless Oblama campaign continues to attack Mitt Romney as a blue blood out of touch rich guy. It's nice to see regular voters seeing through the Oblama team's campaign of lies, deflection, smoke and mirrors.

If this is the best you can offer in your opposition to the President and your dislike for his family .... I'll offer my sympathy to you. There are many things one could toss back at the President, the vacation non-issue isn't one of them.

The facts and the article prove otherwise.

Obama's flagrant globetrotting in the midst of his failed presidency is an albatross around his neck. It disproves his talking point that he is more in tune with the concerns of everyday voters.

I'm happy that Michelle and the kids have had a chance to see the world. Their gravy train is coming to an end in November.

He is the most powerful man in the world. Of course he travels.

If W had traveled a little more and bombed a little less, we might be in a better position.

This is a nonissue.

Well, if he loses, Michelle will be glad they saw the world!

Sorry, I just don't think the President needs to eat bologne sandwiches in the cafeteria because we are in a recession. He has very important reasons to travel, and he works hard enough to deserve short vacations. Next?

Default Make November 2012 NOBAMA month.

It should be the ENTIRE COUNTRY who is fed up with Obama!! What leader of any country, ESPECIALLY THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, would publically verbally bash and deny those who he is sworn to protect??

"We The People" need to take a stand!!

Make November 2012 NOBAMA month.

One

America!!

Facts in the article when its the Washington Examiner don't fit in the same sentence. Fact is Bush and Reagan took FAR more vacation days than Obama.
