Compared to the $60 million obama/DNC raised.

Breaking: Romney/RNC outraises Obama/DNC by nearly $17 million in May « Hot Air

Quote:
Today, Romney for President, Romney Victory, and the Republican National Committee announced fundraising totals of over $76.8 million in May. The campaign and RNC have $107 million cash on hand.

President Barack Obama and the Democratic Party have raised a combined $60 million in May for his re-election effort.
Is the Left still going to whine and cry they don't have enough money?

Oh, but wait...obama is likely to keep everything he has for himself.

Very good news for Mitt.

Wow.

If this kind of fundraising differential holds out through the summer, it's going to be an even worse shellacking of Oblama than I thought.

As it stands, Mitt would beat Oblama by about five points nationally and collect @290 EVs. With that kind of sustained funding disparity to put into advertising and GOTV efforts, you'll be looking at a double digit Romney win in November.

Definitely impressive, considering they almost beat obama in April...but they started mid-month in joint fund raising.

The excitement is growing.

They thought Obama of 2008 was exciting.

They have not seen anything yet. I am seeing tons of things here in Florida that show Romney is the man and people are excited and cannot wait to boot Obama out of our WH.

This a great sign. Let's hope it continues. People are finally starting to wake up and realize what a HUGE mistake Obama is!

More money thrown towards Romney means they know they are losing so they think all this money will help them win. I will love it when Republicans spend 1 Billion+ and still lose they could have used this money to help the economy grown not push there lame agendas on us

It's only his first month collections upon clinching the nomination. Let's see if he can keep it up in the next few months.
