You know if you have to question which person your going to get as president that means the media and people REALLY don't care. They will continue to vote for BAD reasons that make no sense, are not actually based on logic or common sense and lying and stealing is considered a quality in our president.

IF we even had a honest president somehow we would choose the flip flopper because its all a GAME.
Which side is beating the other side and if they both say and or do anything the lines are blurred so much nobody even cares anymore.

Princples, honesty, liberty appears to be not of our interests.
Lying, changing minds, no direction and a printing press for the corrupt washington insiders and bankers clearly AMERICANS loves them.

Same jokers different party!
Lets put a smile on that face.

Do you honestly think that Obama was evolving on gay marriage? He was for it, then he evolved against it, then he almost revolved for it again, but then rerevevolved back against it then finally rererevolved for it?
I think the pertinent question is, did he claim to be for it at a time when he was against it? That is the difficulty Mr. Romney faces.

And yes, I believe he genuinely evolved. Only because I had to do the same thing, and recognized my struggle in him.

I have to agree with this general sentiment. When did it suddenly become "OK" to flat-out lie in politics? Yes, there's spin, there's ambiguity, there's genuine misspeaking, but outright prevarication?

I remember Joe Biden's first run for the White House back in the 80s, I think. He was accused of plagiarism for borrowing a line from a British pol without attribution. What the media didn't explain was the fact that he had given that same speech approximately 20 times, and delivered the line with FULL attribution every time...except this one time when he paused for the swelling applause. No matter, he instantly stepped out of the race for the good of the party.

Now, if that happened today...first of all, would it even get pointed out? Would it make more than a single news cycle? I think our standards of behavior have changed. And not for the better.

You honestly think that Obama was for Gay Marriage when running for a state position out of a very liberal district....then suddenly evolved to be against gay marriage the precise moment when he had to appeal to the people of the entire state as a US Senator....then put out feelers to re-evolve and backed away as president.....and then finally went back to his original position completing the 360 flip-flip-flop the precise moment when there was a lot of political pressure to do so.

Obama could sell you the Brooklyn Bridge with his dreamy eyes.
