Sound bite after sound bite, Romney has been chided a lot lately for saying things such as....."$300,000 is not a lot of money;" "I too, am unemployed;" and "Let Detroit go bankrupt," just to name a few. As POTUS, do you think he lacks tact or is it a bigger issue of him being insensitive to the poor and less fortunate?
In reality $300,000 is not alot of money as for him being unemployed he does have considerably more than $300,000 to fall back on and letting Detroit go backrupt is a good idea because that would give other areas a better chance, not all of the auto industry is located in Detroit. No I think he is very well informed and very sensitive to the plight of the poor, $300,000 is not alot of money but it could pay 6 people $50,000 a year or 12 people $25,000 a year or like in my case it could pay my income for nearly 20yrs, just to give some here a general idea of what being poor really is.

Compared to Obama, Romney is not nearly as personable or sincere SOUNDING.

I think a growing problem with America is that we are no longer tough.
"Don't use red ink when grading a student's paper, red is a harsh color and will crush his/her spirits."
"Don't keep score in a kids baseball game, the losing team will have hurt feelings."
"Even if the student doesn't try to do the assignment, the lowest grade he/she should get is 50%, because 0% is just too harsh."
"It is okay for Obama actually to put Detroit through bankruptcy, but it is wrong for Romney to say he would, it hurt my feelings."
How can you say that when everyone describes Obama as aloof?
Obama has also had the least amount of press conferences going back decades and decades where any media member can ask questions. His dealings with the media are very scripted.
Also he has been accused of ignoring female advise and creating a boys club. No wonder some of his biggest supporters on this site like Trlhiker use "mom" as an insult.

I see as saying what he thinks, maybe this isn't always good, but don't most of us do that from time to time? Certainly Obama has and so have most Pres.
For me, the most important thing is how he will run the country, not how well can he bullsh#. Obviously tact and personality are not his top qualities, that is something most of us realize, but we have seen what we get when we choose a pres based on salesmanship and personality....

You mean like "the economy is doing fine" or "all 57 states"?

The lack of tact king is sitting in the oval office as we speak.
