Murder is causing intentional death. Accidents cause accidental deaths. Kennedy may have been drinking too much that night be surely you can't believe he intentional murdered someone. No one is holding him up as a saint. But it's up to God to judge what was in his heart afterward, what he did or didn't do to redeem his soul.
If you want to talk past history let's look into the death that Romney caused when two cars hit head on while coming over hill. All we have is his word for what happened, of who went over the center line. His connections with the church mission group had every reason in the world to color the details of what happened. Let's send someone out to investigate THAT.
