Romney has no idea what he'd do.

He's hedging his bets based based on polling and the President's reaction, which I suspect is why he cannot provide details.

Not only that, but I find it hard to believe anyone would listen to anything he says, when he is worse than Obama as far as sticking to his script.
He changes it every other day.
