One analyst is suggesting that Obama may not want to win. Interesting thought.

Yes, we get it, 1,000 posts later in this thread, Obama performed very badly,

You're like the 300th person to say it, I even said it.

So the channel I'm watching is replaying the debate and I'm watching it again to see things I've missed.

I do not agree with those who said that Obama was trying to get the moderator to change the subject.

What happened was, he said his spiel, Romney wanted to answer and the moderator interrupted Romney to say, (paraphrased), "Ok, you can but I want you to know that we will be moving on to blah, blah, blah but go ahead".

Then Obama wanted to respond to that and said, simply, to the moderator, "You may want to move on to another subject BUT I want to say this..."

I interpret that as him saying that while the moderator may have wished to move on to another subject, Obama wanted to respond to what Romney said, first.

Listen, I dislike Obama greatly. But let's not leap to conclusions without understanding what we heard.

It almost looked like a prized fighter throwing a fight

Wouldn't be the first time someone from Chicago throws a national competition.

I don't think he's marching towards socialism/communism. I think he just wants us to lose all of our power in this world, wherever we are, in the world. And if we fall, other nations fall. That's what he wants.
