He doesnt want to expand defense spending either, he wants to keep it consistant. And if you dont see the difference between cutting taxes, and raising them.. then I dont know what to tell you..

Lol, I work consulting in the defense industry. People are ecstatic to vote for Romney (within the industry) because of his campaigning to raise defense spending by a massive amount. Just look at his Navy plan.
