So he wants to expand education spending, defense spending, restore the funding savings to medicare, and cut taxes....
I don't see anything different then Obama other then where the money goes (i.e., states and votes).
He doesnt want to expand defense spending either, he wants to keep it consistant. And if you dont see the difference between cutting taxes, and raising them.. then I dont know what to tell you..

Lol, I work consulting in the defense industry. People are ecstatic to vote for Romney (within the industry) because of his campaigning to raise defense spending by a massive amount. Just look at his Navy plan.
