It is time to face the music Republicans! Prepare for an Obama victory, so come election day you guys don't riot. Obama has held the lead most of the year and is now shooting up the past couple of days.
The clock is running out.

As a game approaches its end, the odds for the team in the lead spike.

It's going to be such a rude awakening for Obama's lemmings on November 7th. Especially Nate Silver. His career is over after Romney wins. Can't wait!!!

538 is saying if Romney loses Ohio, he only has a 3% chance of winning. Likewise, only 8% chance for Obama should he lose OH.

It pretty much all centers on Ohio.

He never had serious 2016 aspirations. Neither party nominates members of the House. Sometimes they nominate candidates who were in the House long ago. But when was the last House member nominated?

James Garfield. 1880.

Funny thing is...I haven't even heard any news about Romney in the past few days. All of the papers have been focused on Sandy with images of the President and Christie on the front page.

The power of incumbency.

I think you're right. For reasons of his own making, and others which were/are out of his control (i.e., Congress), choosing the President for a second-term is the option which seems best for the country ... contrasted with what the Romney/Ryan team suggests it will do if elected.

Romney still has a chance of winning, but I think his chance diminshes by the day now.

A Romney insider said last Friday "We wish the election was today", and from what I'm hearing many GOP insiders are bracing for a Romney loss.

Saying there is a 60/40 or a 70/30 chance doesn't rule out a Romney win, it just means its less likely.

What doesn't make since is when someone like you says "When" someone wins, which is a prediction of the future, not the telling of the odds.
