I know all the ignorant Teabaggers here think black people are incapable of thinking past race but Secretary Powell is a moderate Republican whom his party left. Simple as that, there are millions like him who were once Republicans but slid over to the Democratic column because of the growing influence and insanity of the Tea Party.

C'mon Edward. If you think calling someone a liar is bad, what's your opinion on a campaign surrogate calling the sitting president lazy & stupid? And he also said Obama doesn't know what it's like to be an American...
Sununu is a little bit of a pit bull. I think it's ok since Obama has called himself lazy.

That's the thing. Countless #s of White Republicans have shifted to Democrats, or are at least voting Obama. The Republicans on here don't have anything to say about that. Powell votes Obama, "it's b/c he's Black."

What were his Republican views? I've never heard them stated ever. He's a political animal and saw his easiest path to rise was through the GOP. He probably was always a liberal.

Countless? Seems to be a wash among cross party voters in most polls this year.

C'mon... saying there a little laziness in someone is a big leap from calling them lazy. And stupid. And foreign. Having him as a surrogate gives me another reason to question Mitt's character.

That's true, but no one's accusing any other bloc of voters as being motivated by race. Even Blacks voting for Romney are getting more of a pass than Blacks voting for Obama.

Who's the highest ranking Democrat to criticize Stacey Dash for voting Republican even though she's Black?

I know it's next to impossible to embarrass the GOP, but John Sununu's gotta be getting close, don't ya think?

Sununu calls it like it is. That's a hard concept for the left to grasp or appreciate in their world of make believe I am sure!

No other group gives Obama 90% approval, no other group votes 98-0 as Blacks were shown to prefer Obama in one poll. Keep in mind this is a group that has seen its wealth evaporate and unemployment soar under Obama. I mean by any objective, rational standard Obama should be doing at the very least a little worse among Blacks. So when rational explanations are not to be found you turn to irrational explanations, hence racial solidarity. Nothing is wrong with that but let's not feign surprise by it.

I went to the barber this past Saturday and the election comes up. I state my views and the responses were weak. In fact some of the so called Obama supporters sounded like Republicans.
