I see many people boasting that their candidate will sweep the other candidate. If you are that confident, why not place a bet. If your candidate loses, you will refrain from posting on this forum for one week after election day. If you are so confident what do you have to lose?

It's illegal to bet with welfare or food stamps.

But what will we win if we're right?

A short break from the opposing side, and bragging rights, don't both sides often complain that the other side is full of garbage ?

I think that is illegal if you are betting money.

Frugality, you think this is just a game or do you think they’re going to ride the Obama socialistic gravy train. The same gravy train that has crashed and burned and is in the process of driving Europeans to riot in the streets. Well, I’ve got news, America is “broke” and Obama, the pied piper of the socialistic pipe dream hasn’t got a plug socialistic nickel’s worth of worldly credit.

If Obama wins America will lose. We all lose and with that loss the America we once proudly asked God to bless. America loses all because of Obama’s recklessness and socialist agenda.

If Romney wins, we still lose. Obama will leave him a country drowning in unbelievable debt and racial discord that it will take all his administrative and personnel skills backed up by constant on-our-knees prayers that God Almighty will create a miracle through him.

Amazing, only one person is confident enough to take the bet. I guess all those posts about how so and so is going to lose are bs. Paper tiger

I'm calling it a 60/40 split for obamas likely hood of winning. Them odds aren't good enough for me to place a bet on anything.

Besides my candidate is gary Johnson who I'd give a .05% chance of winning, and I'm just wanting a 5% popular vote turn out.
