Here's a news flash for you: This isn't a big deal at all. It takes some time to put something like this together, so of course it would be ready to go before the results are known. Maybe it was accidentally put up for a short time by mistake, and maybe someone who worked on it leaked a screenshot of it. Whatever the case may be, it's not nearly as pathetic as you want to believe it is.
But if you're into this kind of thing, start perusing websites of organizations who provide food and clothing to poor people around the world. Sooner or later you'll see some kid wearing a "Detroit Tigers 2012 World Series Champions" shirt; they have those shirts made up ahead of time so they go on sale the minute the Series ends, and the shirts made up for the team that lost are generally sent to third-world countries. Just passing this info along so you can use one of those photos to start a similar thread on the Baseball board.
