Az GOP sues to stop counting votes from Latino districts (Attorney, president)

Attorneys for the Arizona GOP have filed suit to halt the counting of absentee and provisional ballots in a heavily Latino precinct, in the still undecided House race for Gabby Giffords' old seat:

This, despite reports that Latinos were sent mailers (in Spanish) advising them the election was on 11-08, and that Latinos were routinely handed provisional ballots upon arrival at some polls, regardless of whether they showed ID or not.

Add to that, there are still an estimated 350,000 uncounted votes in AZ, mostly from Maricopa Co. Dem US Senate candidate Richard Carmona has retracted his concession in his race with Jeff Flake, waiting to see what develops.

They are squabbling over 130 votes. The parties have reached an agreement tonight and the counting goes on. Barber (D) is up by 800 in results announced late Tuesday.

Let the GOP sue. Next presidential election Arizona will turn blue. The GOP still doesn't get it. You would think they had learned their lesson from their voter suppression tactics in other states.
