Condi would of never survived a GOP primary. She is pro-choice, pro amnesty and supports gay civil unions at the national level. She would be considered the most moderate of moderate Republicans. She would make a heck of a President though.

I don't see right wing conservatives in the South picking her over Romney, Gingrich, Santorum, etc..

Look how poorly Cain did. Blacks tend to do very poorly in GOP presidential primaries, but the GOP manages to blame Democrats.

so? condi rice is a big name with lots of credentials. keyes is some nobody. condi is somebody i respect alot, and hope she becomes the first female vp instead of hillary.

She wouldn't survive the primary and she wouldn't be that good of a president.

I don't think GOP voters would have fully endorsed a black "Goldwater " style Republican. She would have to be black and far to the right like all other black potentential GOP candidates. It is an unfortunate parodox that Black Republicans can not have any diversity amoung themselves to be viable.
