Witness the impending ascension of Cory Booker in the political arena. The newest-to-be New Jersey senator, then my prediction is he will be the Democratic nominee for POTUS in 2016. And I'll bet he will be our next president. Would that not torque the GOP?

Discuss.

First I'd like the Booker administration say exactly what's happened to the 20-30 million dollars, out of the 100,000,000 dollar gift to Newark Schools by Mark Zuckerman, without having watchdog groups forced to get a court order for the info, lol.

Be REAL careful in wishing for a NJ politican getting into the White House.

We give Cook County, IL a hell of a run for the money, corruption-wise.

Cory Booker intrigues me. I'd like to know more about his positions, but I strongly suspect his 2nd Amendment views would be a turnoff. Still, I'd like to hear more from him.

Seeing how he and the Dems will have to defend the last 8 years of failure...it can only hope he runs...it would be a site to see...

Is he a POS like almost every other politician?

I'm assuming yes, but I admit I may be a little jaded. Anyway, if so...not interested.

I have been impressed with Booker the few times I've seen him on the talking head shows. But I don't know much about him. He could have a chance at the nomination in 2016 if Hillary doesn't run. If she doesn't run, and I don't think she will, Dems will be desperate for a candidate.

Wonder if his slam of Obama in 2012 will come back to haunt him? Or could it come back to help him?

Cory Booker is an absolute genius at promoting Cory Booker. He has over a million Twitter followers and the MSM loves him. But what's he done for Newark? Again, he's great at pushing his own brand in our media-centric country, but when it comes to governing he's an empty suit.

And Democrats will lap it up.
