Jeb Bush's son: Dad will "more than likely" run for president in 2016 - CBS News

It seems clear Jeb will run, and he is probably smarter than the other two Bush's put together. Would you vote for him?

This poll is for Republican voters where "no" means "No, I'll vote for another Republican".

Immigrants like him, which would improve his chances. Plus Dems do not have a strong candidate to go against him. At least not yet.

Would I vote for him? Probably, depending on the choices, do I want him to run and is he anywhere near my favorite possible candidate? Absolutely not. I don't think we need a dynasty in the Whitehouse, I think we need new ideas, from some of the popular young talent we have and just being a Bush will put him at a disadvantage. I will add, this doesn't mean I don't like him, I just think we need new faces and names out there. Now, if I had to choose between him and Romney for the nomination, you better believe I would support him.

I think those young faces are just too young to run. Rubio, Rand Paul for example will have much better chances in 12 to 20 years.

No. He's a faux-Conservative and might as well have a D next to his name. Nothing but an establishment, croney capitalist

So, if it's only him and Hillary left in the race, you'll refuse to vote for him?

I have a perfect record of never voting for a Bush and not voting for Jeb will keep my streak alive. It will be a sad day for our country if the choices are Jeb and Hillary.

Even though I agree with many (not all) of Jeb Bush's stances, I wouldn't be too upset to vote for him in a general election. Kind of how I felt about Romney. Didn't vote for him in the primaries but in the general, he was the better choice.

However, I am over both the Bush and Clinton name with respect to the White House. I won't vote for him in the primary and think it's time to stop electing people from the same families. I think it would be a mistake for Republicans to put him on the ticket.
