Voting for someone because of their race, ethnicity, gender, etc. is something liberals do, not conservatives. Racial pandering is not how we're going to fix this country.
Thats because Obama was going up against a joke of a candidate. Rubio will give the Democrats a big scare if he's the competition and could very well win going away. I know and AA finally got in the White House but a woman is another story. Especially when she has gays and lesbians in her ad announcing she's running. Extremely stupid thing to do. There are plenty of Democrats who don't support gay marriage let alone Republicans. Terrible start.
Let me disabuse of you the notion that Rubio has any chance of being president. He doesn't. He's an establishment candidate with tired ideas. Just because he is young does not make his ideas fresh.
Condi Rice (black and lesbian?) has a shot but she's too much of a RINO - pro-choice, gay friendly, pro-affirmative action, national standards rather than local school curriculum, more investment in renewable energy, pro free trade, illegals can stay....
Maybe that is what they need. That or maybe they run a conservative and we see 1964 all over again with an almost 20 million popular vote drop off and an electoral vote performance worse than McCain in 2008. Maybe that will make the GOP wake up and realize the moderate candidate is the right candidate.
