Does anyone remember the Savings and Loan crisis of the late 1980's? Do you remember McCain's involvement? Does it remind you of the current Sub-Prime disaster? Why would you support someone like McCain.

McCain was investigated by the Senate Select Committee on Ethics in 1991, and their determination was that he did nothing wrong...and I believe this.
And no, it does not remind me of the current sub-prime problem plaguing this Nation.

You have to look at issues from the perspective of political traction, in other words would this cause enough of his supporters to move away towards someone else. I personally have my doubts this would have sufficient impact, unless you know about some secret smoking gun concerning the issue which hasn't yet been disclosed.
