This is why Trump is #1 in the polls. He isn't going to kowtow to these pointless idiots.

Trump picks fight with 'Black Lives Matter' protesters as he slams 'disgrace' Democrat Bernie Sanders for giving up his microphone to race activists

This is just sad. Sanders looks completely whipped and not very presidential in this photo after those indignant buffoons grabbed mic.

Is there a screw loose with these people?

There are actual cases of police brutality they could complain about, but they pick Michael Brown.

There are politicians they could badger, but they pick Bernie Sanders.

Boy, talk about dumb.

I don't agree with Bernie Sanders platforms or ideals but this was as bad as what Fox did to Trump. I expect his campaign to pick up steam due to so many feeling sorry for him. I actually applaud him for stepping back and letting them have their say but he at some point should have had security escorted them off stage. It was a darned if you do and darned if you don't situation tho - had he refused to give up the mike - many would have rallied against him - had he had security walk them off stage - again peope would have called him out on it. He ends up with the sympathy card and the Black Lives Matters group are taking a lot of heat even from liberals for what they did.

the problem though is that it makes sanders look weak overall. yes he may get the sympathy vote, but that wont last long, and by the time the primaries roll around, this will have been forgotten, except for how weak and pathetic he looked, and that will cost him votes in the long run. and if he ends up being the democrat nominee against trump as the republican nominee, trump will thump sanders in that regard.

They pick on those the ones who will let them get away with it. They have no real substance or message of any kind. This is all just attention seeking and real life trolling. So on the surface it seems weird that they would harass Bernie Sanders, once you understand that they're just lowlife thugs seeking attention it makes more sense. They won't pick on someone their own size, they'll continue to harass the weak.

This is a style little different than the current Dem. leader who crawled on his hands and knees around the world apologizing.
I would still support Sanders over Hillary who wouldn't speak in an event security didn't control. She won't put herself in a position to have the mic. taken from her. She would have a nuclear melt down being treated like that by the peasant class.

I don't want to overstate this. However, this looks like another small step toward anarchy. Or at the least, a crack in the mozaic of voting blocs coalition the Democrat party has so carefully constructed.

Many of the failed European countries, with their multiflorous approach to political parties and fragile government coalitions have these fractious groups in their political life. As a result they have consigned their countries to the rubbish bin of history.

Is this yet another sign that the United States has turned left toward that model and subsequent ruin?

People forget that Sanders is also an Independent and could run his own campaign that route. But, it does look like Hillary isn't going to be the nominee, lol.

Honestly, what would you do if you were Bernie? Four (?) peeved, scary-looking African-American ladies storm the stage and ask you to hand over the mic. Are you going to punch them in the face? A woman beater, you are out of the race. Fight over the mic? Not Presidential, you'd get the "Howard Dean moment." Just think of a commercial with him tugging on the mic held by African-American women. Not good. Furthermore, if he fell over and broke his hip, there goes the quality of life for him.

Seriously, how would Mr. Trump do differently? You know they would've gone straight for his gorgeous hair or fine facsimile thereof. Or was he planning to whip out a handgun and start shooting? Give me a break people.

Bernie should hire several huge security guards.

Mick

At the very least, somebody in the audience had the courage to say, "How dare you!"

You don't give in to the bullies. That is what you don't do.

This is just sad.
