I watched it and it was hilarious! While I'm no fan of Bill, I would probably have done the same thing. Do you really think he cared about what the speaker was saying? Just another boring event he probably had to show up for, or got paid to show up for.

did you see the one over there to the side, lol...it shows Hill/Bill at Regans funeral, thats a screaming hoot too, lol, I love the look on Dubya's face...check it out... guess its a homemade clip, doesnt really look real, but its awesome...
