Socialism is refined plantation politics. Haven't we had enough of that. He is right that Wall Street is a cause of many of the problems but it makes no sense that he would support increasing socialistic policies.

How can the root of a problem be the solution?

People already pay a 20% private health insurance tax and people still run the risk of going bankrupt to pay for cancer treatment in co-pays, deductibles and whatnot. People would be much better off paying a little more in taxes instead of this inefficient system we have atm.
most of those taxes paid by "everyone", does NOT go to the federal government.

We're discussing FEDERAL issues right now..

So these pie in the sky plans being proposed are going to be paid for how, if not through taking money from the private sector?

Sanders is a kook. He supports a failed political and economic theory that has failed everywhere it has been tried. He's a throwback and a dinosaur from a failed era.
