Judicial Watch is known for using lawsuits to intimidate who it doesn't like and grab publicity. It was founded by "Lawsuit" Larry Klayman - who is infamous for filing gratuitous lawsuits for anything, but has a poor record of winning them.

Klayman has been on record of even suing his mother, and after a falling out with Judicial Watch, which he left in 2003, he sued them.

When you have a candidate that is nominated by Super Delegates al al Soviet style.......

then why would one not expect candidate to act like a Soviet.

Both the GOP and Democratic party have your "Soviet" superdelegates. About 10% for the GOP and 20% for the Democrats, but Hillary won't need that cushion (assuming it's hers) to beat Sanders,

I see there is still deflection from the original topic - Judicial Watch's false claim that a "prominent person" (or any person) in Hillary's campaign called and/or threatened the Laugh Factory.

i would like to hear some clarification from jamie masada on this point. did he say something to judicial watch that they could have construed that the caller was part of the campaign ( "prominent" or otherwise ) or is it just a complete fabrication on their part?
