Yes, he absolutely has my vote as of now. Corporate Shill Clinton will probably win, though.

Actually, the thought is not any stranger than attiring GW in a military flight suit and dropping him onto an aircraft carrier like a D-Day savior.

And, yes, I can. He has served his state and the country unselfishly for 35 years.

Uh...yeah.

Senate rejects bill on veterans benefits

See, he actually does something, rather than just pose for photo-op chest bumps with marines.

No. LOL. Though he's much more likable than Hilary. His policies are completely wacky, and he is not leadership material in the least, the US would be even more of laughingstock than it already is (On that note, same with Hilary, Felon in Chief). I can see him fitting right in in Higher Ed though!

It's funny you all say he should teach higher education...but isn't "fit" to be a leader. I guess everyone is used to corporate shills that lie, take money from big corporate lobbies and yell talking points to everyone being in office, and someone with actual intelligence who wants to do things like end the drug war, support veterans (See article above), stop corporate loopholes, protect the 2nd amendment but do it smartly, make education affordable, and other good ideas seems too "academic" or "cerebral" to be president. How dare we have a smart, reasonable person in office. Maybe thats why America is a laughing stock.

Well hopefully he would gut the armed forces down to a reasonable size to begin with. They are supposed to be a defense force, not an offense force, not a world-police force. So I doubt he'd have many fans in the armed forces to begin with, which means he'd be doing something right.

Of all the people who have tossed their hat in the ring, so far, Yes, I can see Bernie living up to the expectations of the office better than any of the others.

He would actually allocate some of that "offense" money to do something that is truly worthwhile for our Vets

Senate rejects bill on veterans benefits

They would like him then.
