forbes and bloomberg have it estimated at $4billion, others estimate lower. unfortunately the financial release wasn't as specific as i'd hoped for so it's still an unknown. but, seeing how trump has consistently inflated numbers thru the campaign, i'd say it's a safe bet that he isn't worth $10billion.
Interesting discussion. Why does Trump keep bringing up his net worth? The Zuckerbergs just pledged to give away 99% of their Facebook shares to charity, an estimated $45 billion. Zuckerberg started with nothing in his dorm room at Harvard. Steve Jobs changed the world in a garage. Bill & Melinda Gates feed & educate millions of people around the world and have a foundation with offices in several countries.
So I don't understand why a man who inherited a fortune and has what an average investor would make in 23 years is such a hero. Many financial experts say Trump's increase in net worth is in line with the S&P 500. I give him credit for not blowing his inheritance and turning it into a real estate empire, but the fact is that no major U.S. company has filed for Chapter 11 more than Trump's casino empire in the last 30 years.
Anyway, bragging about your net worth is really tactless IMHO.

Would you rather have them hide it along where the money came from instead? The Clintions are now billionaires after claiming to be broke. And they got to that point with creating any jobs or products. That should be much much of a concern for anyone.
It's an interesting double standard where Trump is faulted for having gone bankrupt, a perfectly legal business move, whereas they completely ignore the Clinton's and their dealings with Whitewater where dozens went to jail.
