So, all this amounts to is that the Democrats still want Trump pushed out of the way because he'll beat the pants suit off of Hillary.

I have an adult son with Down syndrome, worked in the schools with children with both physical and developmental disabilities. Had someone not mentioned and played this up, I would never have had a thought that Trump was mocking based on a disability. I also do not believe that Trump would do that. I think maybe those that thought that Trump was mocking the man based on his disability are those that are uncomfortable with the disabilities of others so they see not the reporter but the disability when looking at him. That has been what I have seen.

Compare the Trump video clip to this comment by a true, I don't think that word will pass the profanity filter:

Next week, Trump will do something offensive, the media will bring it to your attention, and you guys will get emotional over it. It will happen again the week after that, the week after that, and so on, and his poll numbers will continue to climb.

I have a question. Why aren't you bothered by Trump's petulant behavior?

It's all about perspective. There are more serious issues facing our nation in my opinion. This just isn't a big deal.

Biden apologized right there in that video. He also said "...you can tell I'm new at this." (paraphrasing)

Trump's poll numbers are not climbing. Predictably,he has reached and his holding his 20-30% share of the Republican party vote which represents what McCain called the "crazies". Making fun of people with disabilities won't hurt him with that group, but it won't help him attract more compassionate voters either. His likely percentage is not enough to win the nomination, but it may be enough to keep anyone else from winning in the primaries as well as long as enough of them stay in. A brokered convention goes to?

All of those are thread titles on CD "Elections" forum. The fear is thick.

Listen, Trump haters, here's the thing:

Those who have decided to vote for Trump, Republicans, Independents, and Democrats, are not going to change their votes based on the GOP and liberal whining. Some Republicans are RINOs, so it doesn't matter what they think, some people are Republicans who would prefer another candidate, but if it came down to Trump vs Hillary or Sanders, they are NOT voting for Hillary or Sanders, and finally, some people are liberals who would never have voted for Trump no matter what he said or how he acted.

The point? The left and the GOP are scared spitless of Trump...not because they think he's "dangerous", that's nothing but lies and bs, it's because they are afraid that he's going to break this facade that is our government these days.

What some of you all fail to understand is that we don't want this country to continue going in the direction it's going, and we are more than willing to look past some showmanship and ego if it means we get someone in who knows how to negotiate, who promises a damn wall, who promises deportation of illegals, who is NOT fricken PC, and who wants to bring us back to a strong, healthy, fantastic country.

All the crying in the world about big ol' meanie Donald Trump isn't going to change that. As someone else stated, I don't vote based on if I think the candidate is "fun to hang around", or "speaks nicely" (with a teleprompter of course), or wears pleated pants, I vote based on what I believe that candidate can do for this country.

Right now, Rubio, Jeb, Kacich, Fiorina, and even Carson are not fitting that bill. And of course Hillary would be a complete and utter disaster to this country. Sanders wants to spend more of my money on freebies for people, which I am totally against. YOU are not going to change my mind with your multiple posts sniveling about something "mean" Trump said or did.
^^^^THIS...is the most accurate depiction of what voters are thinking and feeling in this country and the reason why Trump voters feel the way they do about him....Thank you for posting this important revelation for those who can't understand why we will not be swayed from voting for Trump!!

Great we need more trump dummies stepping up to the plate! We need to be entertained for this very long election period

Remember Democrats legislate and republicans investigate.

He doesn't scare me as far as domestic issues. There are enough checks and balances in our government to restrain a president.

What does scare me is what could happen when a deranged personality such as Trump interacts with our foreign allies and enemies. His ego is such that he just might respond to aggression by 'pushing the button'. He would do it, too. He has no internal checks and balances.

By the way, why are you OK with Trump making fun of someone with a disability, or even conceive of the fact that he WOULD do that, but have no problem believing that Obama deliberately set out to mock the special Olympics, to the point of not being able to 'use that word'? Your ideas about Trump's behavior are convoluted, at best.
