Actually, the highest Black on Black crime rates occurred back in the 80s and 90s, under Reagan, Bush Sr, and Clinton. Crime has been dropping over the last 5 years, especially murder. Murder is just publicized alot more.

Okay, Clinton is mocking Blacks. What does this have to do with the stuff Trump has said about Blacks? What does this have to do with a Neo-Nazi tweet that he retweeted? What does this have to do with Trump using someone's death as a political opportunity to say "Blacks will vote for me", as if he's God?

And why are you concerned about who Blacks vote for? What business of it is yours?
