The poll is indeed flawed, in a major way.
It says 14% are not registered to vote, which is a large number, but somehow the biggest income group is "over $100,000" (Q. 37).
Unless you believe that the largest income group in Virginia is Over $100,000,
the poll should not be taken seriously.
That is most likely an indication that the bulk of the respondents are from Northern Virginia.

Historically, Republican presidents have always INCREASED federal spending and the size of the federal government, while Democrat presidents have always decreased it. So that talking point makes absolutely zero logical sense, and is therefore easily debunked.
