very interesting straw poll with huge sampling on AOL Political Machine
Interesting poll, unfortunately, my selection was not one of the listed options, as in "None of the above". My primary in PA is in March, unfortunately, as a registered Independent, I'm not permitted to vote for any candidates, archaic but not unlike many other states in the primaries. I just sign the election log book, vote present and leave, really sucks. I understand that there are some locations where "None of the above" is a ballot choice, that would be my choice in the current presidential primary. I'm waiting to see if Mayor Mike Bloomberg of NYC is going to jump into the fire, him I could vote for as NYC is just 135 east of location in Wilkes-Barre. IMO, Mike Bloomberg is the only qualified candidate not currently in the presidential herd. Unlike Rotten Rudy, Mike Bloomberg actually runs the largest city in the US. Mike Bloomberg is my choice for President.
Ron Paul at 3rd place beating Huckabee with Romney slightly ahead of McCain. Interestingly, I though Washingon state was going to go to Paul but it has Romney ahead.
We all know how accurate those straw polls were prior to the beginning of the primaries. We had a few posters, a Mr Tudo and Daniel Read, who kept touting them as evidence of a large groundswell of support for Ron Paul that was being ignored by the media, and that the media was going to be SHOCKED by the actual voting results (despite their efforts to suppress disclosure of this overwhelming internet polling support).
