So basically Trump is going to lose at least two days relative to the other candidates of face-to-face contact, which is vitally important in this late-breaking state. Trump seems to be relying exclusively on his reading of the polls, which are notoriously wrong and fickle in New Hamprshire, and assuming that his victory is already guaranteed.
Interesting to see how Trump haters all believe he is done!
Maybe the religious who support Cruz should pray that he won't lie to his followers as he already did and how low he has gone to get to win. What Cruz did is setting the worst example for his two kids! They probably are ashamed of their dad!
If that is how his Presidency will be than it will be sad for the Country as to me he disqualified himself and I'm glad a woman who campaigned for him resigned after learning what he did.
How about if he didn't insist on going home to sleep in his casket. You would think that in a big plane like his, he would be able to haul that around with him. Bet he's having a major meltdown trumper tantrum about the weather.
On the other hand, simply a repeat of dropping out of the last debate before Iowa - the 'weather' is keeping him from facing the voters for a couple of days. I guess Mother Nature is even scarier than Megyn Kelly.
kat - you're making a big deal about cancelled appearances - you should be glad if you think that his numbers will go down.
Let's instead talk about elected or appointed officials who have not done the job - Obama golfing after a terrorist attack, numerous Hillary blunders, or Rubio's failure to vote. What are all their excuses?? I actually saw portions od video filmed in NH and they were having blizzard conditions with near 0 visibility. Please learn to pick your fights wisely.

Is Trump TRYING to lose again? As we saw with the last debate, it's not good to snub people in that state with an upcoming election.
In all fairness to him, I really believe the weather conditions played a part. On the other hand, I believe all the other candidates are there and no one cancelled anything.
There are a couple of other possibilities to why he cancelled; 2-yes, he is looking at a way to lose the race gracefully as some never expected him to catch on like he has. Does he really want the job and is too egotistical to back out or is he so sure of his victory, he doesn't think he has to stomp like the others?
you seem to be saying pretty much what I am saying and thinking.

It was the weather.
From yesterday's flight tracker status of the Manchester-Boston regional airport & 3 NYC airports. FAA issued active alerts and no doubt Trump's pilots were warned when they filed a flight plan, they notified Trump who moved the event to Monday. He went to Florence, SC instead where it rarely snows.
Seems like the right thing to do. But because Trump is being held to a different standard than the rest, it's now his fault the weather is bad too.
For the OP. It's going to be okay. Whether Trump wins the nomination or not, life will go on. Just remember, you DO have value as an individual and your existence is not dependent on Trump.

Trump is not held to a different standard than the rest of the candidates. They were all present at their events on Friday. It was expected that Trump be held to equal standards as the rest. Trump was the only one that did a no-show. Just like Trump is the only one that did a no-show at the debate. He had lousy excuses for both no-shows and the voters see through his excuses. It will be reflected in the NH votes just as it already impacted the Iowa votes.
cod - please check your facts before responding. All the other candidates were already in NH except for Sanders and Trump. When the weather conditions turned bad - Trump was advised not to go so went to SC instead. Actually you should be more upset about that as he's setting the ball rolling before the rest of them!

I already posted this in this thread but I guess you didn't read it.
Trump was already in NH on Thursday and he should have stayed in NH overnight in order to ensure he didn't miss the NH even on Friday. Weather predictions already indicated snow was coming so he should have stayed in NH to ensure that he wouldn't have been impacted by the snow. He failed to properly plan ahead. It's 100% Trump's fault for choosing to go back to NY Friday night knowing that a snow storm was coming and it might impact his ability to make his Friday event in NH. Bad planning on Trump's part. Not able to make his commitments and using lame excuses.
