Check her education and experience. It is both impressive and impeccable.
Sorry, but with her poor taste in a mate, I'd have to pass. Commonsense and good taste do matter. Are you suggesting that she should have been the candidate instead of her wacko bird husband?

I just don't know anybody owned by Goldman Sachs.
Sorry, but I am afraid it is the "owned by Goldman Sachs" that puts her over the top.

Crazier than some of the candidates that are running? I just can't imagine how that would be possible!
There are circumstances, beyond her control, in her life that would deter her from choosing to run.
I won't elaborate because she's not the candidate and she is entitled to her privacy on issues not affecting her husband's eligibility to run.
She'd make a lovely and competent First Lady. (not that I want her in the WH, I'm not a Cruz supporter)

I am impressed with her. She and her brother started a bread baking venture when she was only 6 years old. They baked bread every day after school from 4 to 8pm. She sold about 200 loaves per week.
After High School she wanted to attend Claremont McKenna in Southern California. Her father didn't want her to go to this college and refused to pay her way, so she used the bakery money that she had saved and paid her freshman year. As you can see from her days as a baker, she loves finance and loves the entrepreneurial spirit which is something she wants to teach her girls and bring to the White House.
She is on unpaid leave from Goldman Sachs, but is basically a Stock Broker helping people experience the American dream. If you know her past, you can see why she landed where she is. And because she was simply an employee at Goldman Sachs, it wasn't her decision to bail out the banks. That was the current Administration's decision.
If you want to hear more from her, this video is a great interview. This interview is 5 years old, which I think is important to go back and see what someone was doing at the time.

She's more than "simply an employee" and a stock broker. She's the managing director of GS's private wealth management division in Houston. That division only handles accounts worth $40 million and up. She was a vice-president at GS before being promoted to Managing Director. It's one of the highest levels in the company.
