That what you choose to put in quotes appears no where in the cited article?
I believe it, facts go out the window when politics are involved.
The real quote as reported elsewhere is"there's a special place in hell for women who don't help other women", what's your excuse for misquoting the cited article?
Republicans can't deal with accuracy so they embellish and twist.....it's all they've got.

Not who you were talking to, but here is the full quote:
Quote:
"We can tell our story about how we climbed the ladder and a lot of you younger women don't think you have to - it's been done, it's not done, and you have to help Hillary Clinton will always be there for you and just remember there is a special place in hell for women who don't help each other."
There is a clear implication by Madeline Albright that there is a special place in hell for women that don't vote for Hillary. Now, obviously Albright is referencing another famous quote and is, I presume, not being literal. However, it is 100% obvious that she is chiding young women who are not voting for Hillary due to gender politics.
What a lot of people don't realize is that Madeline Albright just roasted Hillary - Albright's words reflect poorly on Hillary who will have a "special place in hell" for attacking sex crime victims. BOOM!
has she lost her marbles? I know she's quite old, but is she in the advanced stages of dementia? That would be the only excuse for her to say such useless crap!
I think it is safe to say that history will not be kind to the women of the baby boomer generation. Albright and those of her ilk are preaching insanity. May the best candidate, male or female win the election.
I don't like hearing women should vote for women and I support Hillary Clinton!
However, because so many people only read blogs and comments on forums instead of understanding the history of these words, they took them out of context.
First, Albright was the first female Sec of State and has a very impressive education, so she's far from being an idiot.
Second, she's been using that expression for decades, emphasizing that much of the time women turn on each other, and it's very true. Women are much harder on other women when it comes to appearance and performance. She has repeatedly said that women are put through more tests than men and need to fight a lot harder to climb the ladder to success.
using that logic, men should never have given women the right to vote, thereby guaranteeing their dominance forever...
Are you referring to my comment?
She was only repeating a line she's known for using over the years. Sad that so many people are unfamiliar with her career and need to turn this into a sexist remark. I'm not going to search all over the Internet or go back 30 years to quote speeches she's made, but here's an article in "Time" from 2012 that begins by quoting Sec Albright. Note: It has absolutely nothing to do with Hillary Clinton. Read the first line.
As Madeleine Albright once noted, there is “a special place in hell for women who don’t help other women.” Of course, if she’s right, that “special place” has got to be awfully crowded.

She has used this line many times and usually people laugh. She never said "don't vote for Bernie Sanders or you'll go to hell." Much ado about nothing.
